Returns

At Toploft Clothing our goal is to make you happy. If you are not pleased with your order we will do what we can to make it right. Please see our Return Policy below and feel free to contact us at any time with questions. 

* Returns must be received within 14 days of when your order was shipped from us
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must have the original tags attached
* If there are defects with your item(s) please notify us within 3 days, via email @ info@toploftclothing.com and we will work to resolve
* Returns are for store credit only
*  Please keep in mind- we are a boutique-when possible we will do exchanges for the same item, but because our inventory is ever-changing we may have to provide store credit
* Any item marked as "final sale" is not eligible for return/store credit
* Custom made items are not eligible for returns
